We aim to deliver your favorite traditional and healthy products safely and on time.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on your location:

    • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

    • Other South Indian states: 3–5 business days

    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier service disruptions.

  • We partner with reliable delivery providers such as French Express, India Post, for safe and timely delivery.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges  will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID and courier partner name via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting our website’s “Track Order” page.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The courier may return the package to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.


6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at homelinks2021@gmail.com
We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
We’re working on expanding to international locations soon.
